We were eager new home buyers and literally wanted the first house we saw. Erin saw right through that excitement and encouraged us to expand our neighborhood search and property type to find a home that wasn’t just good on paper but was functional, a great investment and a place to host parties, do DIY projects and so much more.

Expanding our neighborhood horizon wasn’t easy to do but Erin pushed us to expand our search and we couldn’t be happier she did. She stuck with us through home tours all over LA as we learned what neighborhoods we liked and didn’t like. She even drove us from North Hollywood to Glassell Park to the Hills to South LA in one day - We saw 11 houses in one day! Erin brought treats and a picnic to our marathon viewing days and made the whole process fun.

To be honest, as first time home buyers we didn’t really know what a realtor did. Well I don’t know what an average realtor does but this is what Erin did for us while we were looking: Takes notes of each property and share them after each day, send us houses constantly tailored to our wishlist, answer my 100 texts a day and be patient through it all. When on the tours, she brought an expert opinion from not just a home owner lens but from an investment, architecture and design perspective. As we toured each house, Erin helped us see how the house could become a home. When it came time to make a decision, Erin held our hands and reminded us how we felt in each property (her notes were so valuable) to help us through making a decision. All of this work was done before we even put in an offer!

Finances aren’t easy things to figure out or discuss but as Erin did through whole shopping process, she one again held out hand. Erin talked us through negotiations, watched out for us with setting up specialty inspections, made sure we had the best possible deal through getting our escrow fees cut in half and getting over $20k in repairs done. The plumbing inspection alone saved us $15k in plumbing repairs and the fireplace inspector saved us $4k! For these inspections, Erin was at our house keeping it all organized and still smiling! Throughout the sale, Erin proved her value to us over and over again as she read each piece of each contract and handled each conversation with the sellers.

On closing day, Erin was there celebrating alongside us!! We were so grateful to have Erin’s support as first time home buyers, non LA locals and busy people who really needed someone to keep them organized. Not only that, but we bought our home in spring 2020 when everything was unsure but Erin kept us steady. We highly recommend Erin as your next realtor!"
